About This coffee We debuted this amazing coffee this past weekend at our holiday open house. This coffee comes to us from the Huila region of Colombia. It is a 100% single variety lot of Pacamara. Pacamara is a variety of coffee that is a hybrid between the Pacas and the Maragogipe. It features a very large, pointed bean size. These coffee cherries were first pulped from their skin then sealed in tanks under water to ferment under controlled conditions for 64 hours. The beans are then washed clean before drying on raised beds. The flavors coming from this coffee are super clean and super sweet.
