SHIPPING, DELIVERY, & ONLINE ORDERS
We ship within the United States. We also deliver in the immediate Ithaca area. If you would like to pick up your order at one of our two locations, please indicate that as well.
GENERAL ONLINE ORDER POLICY
Online orders typically take 24-48 hours for processing. Please be advised that we do not typically process online orders after 4:30pm Monday through Friday. Orders placed after 4:30pm on Fridays will not be processed until Monday morning at 9:00am. For in-store customer pick-up or local delivery orders, please feel free to call the store directly for Friday evening or weekend pick-up or delivery. We do not guarantee same day shipping, delivery, or pick up for online orders.
LOCAL DELIVERY POLICY
We offer local delivery within Tompkins County only for a $10 fee. We typically require 48 hours notice for all local delivery orders. Local delivery is available Monday through Saturday, 8am to 1:30pm. We will do our best to accommodate your requested date and time, but do not guarantee that we can meet all requests. If you need a rush delivery, or would like something delivered outside of the time frames stated, please call the store to confirm our ability to meet your request prior to placing the order.
BAKERY AND CATERING ORDERS
All orders for baked goods or large containers of coffee require 48 hours notice. We will do our best to accommodate your requested date and time, but do not guarantee that we can meet all requests. If you need a rush pick-up or delivery, please call the store to confirm our ability to meet your request.
EXPEDITED SHIPPING - PLEASE READ CAREFULLY
We do offer expedited shipping on most orders, including 3 business day delivery and 2 business day delivery. To ensure prompt and accurate service, we consider “business day” for shipping to be Monday through Friday, 9:00am through 4:30pm. Any order placed after 4:30pm on a Friday, or anytime on a Saturday or Sunday, may not be processed or shipped until the following Monday or Tuesday.
