Ithaca Coffee Company's Ithaca House Blend coffee Has been our top selling coffee for over 25 years. It is a blend made of three 100% organic coffees, each roasted seperately. This allows us to roast each coffee to it's peak expression. Each origin is able to be as sweet, and rich as possible without tipping into bitter or burnt flavors before we bring them together post roasting. We brew this coffee everyday in our café. It is a medium dark coffee, incredibly rich, and satisfying. It is fantastic black, but also great with a splash of your favorite creamer. It is such a versatile coffee that we even use this coffee for our cold brew!
