White Wine, Fennel + Sea Salt -- Oven Baked Savory Biscuits 7oz

Our White Wine Fennel Biscuits are made with White Wine and Fennel seed and Sea Salt. They have a short biscuit texture with a subtle sweetness from the fennel seeds, which add a crispy texture and a sweet subtle licorice note. They are an ideal compliment to a glass of wine while also completely at home on a charcuterie board. They pair particularly well with dry aged sausages, but they are also excellent with cheeses such as fresh Goat Chevre, or even an aged Manchego. They strike such a nice balance of flavors that they also pair well with cocktails, and of course, they are completely delicious all on their own.
