We have worked with both large and small cafes, and with cafes with long and extensive history as well as brand new ventures from the first day of business. GROCERY
We have been successfully selling coffee in both local and regional groceries for nearly 20 years. We work with many small gourmet retailers in addition to major grocery chains. Our coffee stands out in the grocery market against other thirdwave options thanks in part to our competitive pricing. Sustainability matters in the grocery market, as a USDA certified Organic coffee roaster we have a wide selection of 100% USDA Organic coffee. We are also one of the few specialty coffee roasters to offer coffee in cans in both whole bean, and pre-ground. Our line of boutique canned coffee is made of 100% Organic coffee blends. They make a very strong impression thanks to their enormous shelf appeal. Meanwhile they also offer further sustainability since packaging is entirely recyclable, as well as emminintely reusable.

EQUIPMENT CONSULTING
Whether you are a new business or an existing cafe, selecting the right equipment that is capable of highlighting your business is always a top concern. Maybe you are about to open your new cafe. Maybe you are an existing cafe with equipment that is aging, and in less than stellar condition. BARISTA TRAINING
High quality coffee and the correct coffee equipment are the first two sides in the triangle of excellence of specialty coffee. The third leg is a well trained, hospitable, and professional team of baristas. We have been training our baristas and barista trainers for our wholesale partners for over two decades. Our training regimen is focused on training your staff to become trainers for the rest of your staff. This method of training the trainer allows us to focus on a small group of your staff. We go well beyond the basics of espresso theory, milk theory, and coffee tasting/ descriptive sales tools. Working in a small group allows everyone sufficient hands-on time in our training cafe for your staff to hone their own skills, learn how to observe and correct your staff, and to develop confidence in themselves. They become brand ambassadors and leaders for your business.
NITRO COLD BREW
Nitro cold brew is coffee that has been cold brewed and is served infused with pure nitrogen gas. Nitrogen gas infusion does a couple things for the coffee.
Nitrogen infusion gives the cold brew a rich, silky mouthfeel. As it is poured it gives the cold brew a gorgeous cascading surge and settle, reminiscent of a well poured pint of Guinness. The infused nitrogen adds a slightly sweet note to the cold brew. So much so that we encourage people to try it unsweetened before adding anything, as it is often sweet enough straight from the tap. The second benefits of nitrogen infusion is that it blankets the cold brew coffee with pure nitrogen. This essentially prevents oxidation, the main source of off flavors in cold brew coffee. This allows our kegged Nitrogen cold brew to maintain peak quality for 2 months.
